from the ‘simple geometric space performances’ to the ‘natural narrative space’, mur mur lab presents its latest showroom in a photography studio in shanghaiinitially, the architecture firm treated the space similar to the taihu lake rockery. despite organizing the functional space, the architects use a semi-transparent material to form the shape of the lantern.

in it, the center of the space is at a very low height which requires visitors to bend down o to pass through. arcs are elements which can be found throughout the space. through all the arcs in the hall, visitors can see all the layers of space opening like narrating a story. the monotonous white colors plastered throughout the showroom create an airy sensation.
